Some fish I bought along with creamy Hokkaido butter to sizzle it on. I find butter on the frying pan brings out the flavour in fish more than oil. This butter was particularly rich and I intend to continue buying it. I wanted butter sticks, but they were much more expensive.

It was probably the best meal I've had so far. The crunchy burnt parts were heaven and the the soft parts flavourful. Unfortunately I haven't found the same fish again and also fish, in general, is more expensive than other items, ie, chicken.
