 [journal] The details have been finalized. I am leaving for Tokyo on January 17, 2006. In just two months I'll be all on my own in another country for a minimum of one year. My little heart pounds just thinking about it.
Yesterday I walked by our living room and saw a basket flowing with medicine. It could only have been prepared for my mom because you could easily see it was over preparation. There were enough Tylenol Colds and Pain Reliever packages to kill an elephant. I mean, I have never taken as much Tylenols in my life as there were in that basket. I think if airport security stopped me the amount I was carrying would put me in prison for drug trafficking.
I really should prepare though. Whenever I go on vacation, I always forget to bring something. I started a list, and by the end of next month I'll start packing.
Ah Japan. Here I come.
