I suppose this is late in posting, but just wanted to mention that the parents as well as the oldest brother have been (since February 13th) in Vietnam. Hope that they are having a great time, and would have to imagine that they are enjoying the weather there.
(Had a massive snow storm here last night, expecting more tonight..) Kim's been writing some random emails home which is nice, mostly of her daily life, consisting mostly of eating a whole lot and making traditional Vietnamese dresses (ao dai). Well, they're coming back in twelve days. "Happy travels" in any case.
On another happy note: I have been able to get the 5th-15th off at work for my and Joe's trip to London! Granted, it's a few months away, but I've been compulsively searching for cheap accomodations and flights. (Joe has been making fun of me.)
Would have to admit that I am quite the pirate when it comes to finding deals, and once that next pay cheque comes in, the airplane ticket will be in my hands. Am extremely excited, as me and my bro have not taken a trip together in six years. Should be fun.
Now here's a bit of me whinning. As much as I love working where I am, I feel like I need a break. With the issues that constantly float through my head, I just need a break to relax, and do a bit of SHOPPiNG. What's not a better way to forget all your worries and troubles than a good week and a half of shopping? Needless to say, I'm esctatic as I've ever been.
